UK Delivery

We currently offer tracked delivery within the UK.

Standard Tracked Delivery — £3.99

Free delivery on orders over £50

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivery is expected within approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Your order will be sent using a tracked delivery service, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing

Each SAREEN order is carefully checked, packaged and prepared before being dispatched.

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information where applicable.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to look into it.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Important Delivery Information

SAREEN is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider once an order has been dispatched.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the packaging and item so we can assist you.

International Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only.
