Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your SAREEN jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
• Free from damage or signs of wear

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Earrings & Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been opened or worn will not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered or show signs of misuse may not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
