What is SAREEN?
SAREEN is a jewellery brand creating elegant, timeless pieces designed for everyday wear and meaningful moments.
What are your jewellery pieces made from?
Our jewellery is made using high-quality materials, with our stainless steel pieces made from 316L stainless steel and finished with 18K PVD gold plating where stated.

Is SAREEN jewellery waterproof?
Our stainless steel pieces are designed to be water-resistant and suitable for everyday wear. However, to keep your jewellery looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, chlorine and harsh chemicals.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your favourite pieces, add them to your basket and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed successfully.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information where applicable.
Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the UK. We hope to expand our delivery destinations in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns in accordance with our Returns Policy. Items must meet the conditions outlined in the policy.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return once opened or worn. Please check our Returns Policy before purchasing.
Jewellery Care
How do I care for my SAREEN jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking beautiful:
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals.
- Remove jewellery before swimming or bathing where possible.
- Avoid wearing jewellery during exercise.
- Store pieces separately in a dry place when not being worn.
- Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
Will gold-plated jewellery fade?
Gold-plated jewellery can naturally change in appearance over time depending on wear, skin chemistry and exposure to water, chemicals and products. Following our care recommendations can help prolong the finish.
